E. O. Richter VERY RARE beam compass drafting set

  

This listing is for two vintage E. These items have not been restored but are in very good. First item is a very rare vintage 12 piece E. You can draw up to a 42 inch radius [84 inch diameter] circle.

The case for this item is in good condition. Second item is a vintage 8 piece E. The case for this item shows a fair amount of ware. I know this is a Richter item, the gold color printed logo on the case cover is worn off due to heavy usage over the years, in the correct lighting you can make out the Richter logo.

I believe both sets are circa 1930's. I received both sets from the original owner a few years back. I have personally used both of these drafting sets but no longer have a need for them, time to pass them on to someone who appreciates quality drafting instruments. Both of these sets are made of brass, they are tarnished but are in very good condition for there age. The tape measure shown in two of the pictures is for reference only to show the length of the drafting cases and is not part of the sale. What you see is what you get.
