Antique Chinese Chess set. Hand forged. Very Good antique condition RARE

  

This appears to be a chinise type chess set. The board is solid cast iron, brass? Looks like brass but it is magnetic. It is not a coating, the brass color is through out the piece. The brass color chess pieces are not coated either.

The silver pieces may have some type of coating? The coating is in good condition. The magnets on the bottom of the chess pieces, were clearly added later. I don't think that The magnets are nessassary.

2 of the rooks have the flags broke off, I have one of the flags, but the other is gone. Magnet does not stick to the pieces. This board is only 10.5 inches square.
