1920's Neff Moon Interchangeable Truck. By Neff-Moon Toy Company, Sandusky, Ohio.

During its heyday in the 1920s and 30s, it wasnt unusual for the custom body industry to offer different styled bodies on the same chassis. This large set of pressed steel toys include the friction drive truck chassis with Packard style front grille.

There are four included additional bodies could be interchanged on the truck chassis. The box pieces that are shown measure 14 x 13.

There are the original three part divided sections for the tops. Some of the original labels with directions and description are intact but very brittle. I was able to tape the directions back in place temporarily. Truck chassis measures 14 l. CONDITION: Although toy has been played with set remains somewhat complete and good to very good. Some rooftops of bodies show wear. Friction is working on truck body. It may be missing a spare tire and seat. Two of the wheels are flaking paint. If you should have any questions please contact me. I need to add that this toy has a friction motor. But at the time I bought this set I assumed it belonged to a different toy.
