This is a collection of 3 Hattori Cowry-X Damascus steel chef knives. These are from the KD Series. All three knives come with their original packaging. I used these knives very little over the years and they were always stored in their boxes when not it use. Their only use so far has been seldomly in my home kitchen.

Hattori Cowry-X knives are nearly impossible to find now. These knives were hand made by the legendary Mr. Hattori himself to his exacting standards. Most knife collectors consider Hattori Cowry-X blades to be among the best knives ever made.

So these are not only some of the best chef knives in the world but also some of the most rare. This is the art of knife making at the highest level.

Super difficult to find one Hattori Cowry-X let alone three together. The Three Knife Hattori Cowry-X KD Series Set. Blade length = 9.5", overall length = 14". Blade length = 7", overall length = 12". Blade = 5.3", overall length = 9.6".

Please see the pictures for condition. These just came back from being professionally sharpened at Epicurean Edge. Perfect edges, no nicks or pits, and RAZOR sharp.
