Lego Green Grocer 10185 Modular Series Very Rare

Up for sale is the rare Lego Green Grocer, set 10185. This has to be one of my favorite modulars. This is the 3rd modular in the entire series only behind the Cafe Corner and Market Street and arguably one of the best looking ones.

It came out in 2008 and one of the very 1st modulars ever made by Lego. The Green Grocer was the 1st modular set to introduce the floor plans being finished with all kinds of neat things inside.

Both the Cafe Corner and Market Street are empty inside. You can take each section apart and look inside at all the neat details. It even has a secret spot with a mouse trying to get cheese and a cat on the lookout for the mouse.

Lots of neat details to this one and probably my favorite looking modular both inside and out. This set is 100% complete. I have inventoried the entire set and nothing is missing. While doing this I have sorted all the pieces by size and color making it much easier to re-build.

This will save you hours of boring sorting and sifting through the parts to find what you need. Simply open this set up and start building right away. The box to this set has some minor shelf wear, creases and as you can see in the pics looks really nice! All 3 original manuals are here and have minor wear and in nice shape. They come loose from Lego so I have put them in a special zip lock bag to protect them from damage.

A truly great and complete set. Get this set while you can as it's getting harder and harder to find these especially in this condition. A great set to add to your collection and help complete your modular series. I know many of my followers are used to seeing my table where I take my pics so don't be taken in by these fake listings.

If you see these listings with my pics I guarantee you will be filing a claim and have unneeded heartache. I just don't want to see anyone get taken in and get scammed. Just be careful out there everyone!

Most of my sets are extremely rare and collectible. Many of my sets I have fixed up and spent a great deal of time making nice again if they weren't already.
